Amplifying PASS’s message through strategic video campaigns
PASS provides essential programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities, but the organization’s social media presence didn’t reflect the full impact of their work. They needed a way to communicate their mission, showcase their programs, and connect with the community in a more engaging way.
The key challenges were:
- Low visibility of PASS programs on social media.
- Limited video content, which was preventing PASS from truly showcasing the value of its services.
- A need for a cohesive content strategy to highlight the organization’s mission and attract both participants and supporters.
1 - Developing a Video Campaign
We created a series of videos to showcase the core principles of PASS, including PASS at Work, PASS in the Community, PASS with Friends, and PASS in Art Therapy. Each video was 1-2 minutes long and focused on different aspects of the organization’s work, bringing to life the stories of the participants and their experiences.
2 - Social Media Strategy
To maximize the reach of the videos, we developed a strategic plan that repurposed content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube while maintaining consistent messaging tailored to each platform. We complemented the videos with dynamic content like field trip photos, testimonial snippets, and engaging graphics, keeping the content versatile and updated.
3 - Targeted Promotions and Engagement
The video campaign also included targeted promotions and a Meta ads campaign to raise awareness, encouraging the community to engage with the content and support the cause by sharing it within their networks.
Increased Visibility:
The videos attracted a 40% increase in social media engagement, with more people sharing, liking, and commenting on the content.
Deeper Community Connection:
PASS’s stories resonated with their audience, leading to a stronger sense of connection and awareness of the programs offered.
Improved Awareness:
The video content not only highlighted PASS’s programs but also generated conversations about the importance of inclusivity and community support for adults with developmental disabilities.
Through strategic video storytelling and a targeted social media strategy, Saffron Creative successfully elevated PASS’s digital presence. The video campaign captured the heart of PASS’s mission, helping the organization connect with a wider audience and increase awareness for the critical services they provide.
