Transforming Adagio’s online presence
Adagio Riding Stables approached Saffron with an outdated 2010 website that no longer reflected their evolving brand or met the expectations of their audience. The user experience was cumbersome, with manual processes like print-out registration forms and no seamless online booking system. Adagio needed a complete digital transformation to better serve their clients and stay competitive in a fast-paced equestrian sports industry.
The key challenges were:

Website redesign
The project began with a full redesign of the website. We moved away from the dated look of the 2010 version and crafted a sleek, modern design for 2023. The aesthetic was updated to better reflect Adagio’s identity, creating a visually compelling and user-friendly digital space.
Simplified registration process
One of the most significant improvements was replacing the manual print-out registration forms with a fully integrated digital registration form. This streamlined process simplified client onboarding and eliminated paperwork, allowing for a smoother, more efficient experience for both Adagio and its customers.
Seamless booking integration
Saffron Creative also integrated a Calendly booking system, enabling clients to schedule appointments directly through the website. This enhancement removed the friction from the booking process, offering a seamless and user-friendly way for clients to connect with Adagio’s services.
Engaging content features
To further elevate Adagio’s digital presence, we added several key content-driven features including a Blog section, a News page, and an Events Calendar.
